Fun Pug Bike Rentals does not have a storefront. This is good news for you! Our low-overhead operation keeps rates competitive and our full-service pickup & delivery model is by far the most convenient way to rent bikes in the area.  

We service all of Destin, Miramar Beach (including Sandestin), and 30A (including but not limited to: Dune Allen Beach, Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Watersound Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach).

Fun Pug accepts all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.

Fun Pug offers free, full-service delivery & pickup for all orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge a $15 service fee.

Delivery: If you book your rental using our website, we’ll drop your bikes off on your delivery date between 8AM – 2PM. You do not need to be present for delivery. We’ll send you a text as soon as your rental bikes have been delivered. Your rental bikes will include a complimentary lock and will be safely secured until you arrive.

Pickup: You do not need to be present for pickup. We’ll send you a text to remind you that all bikes & accessories must be locked up outside of your rental property by 8AM on the morning of your pickup date. You are not charged for your selected pickup date and should not plan to ride your rental bikes on that day.

At Fun Pug, we prioritize making all deliveries in a timely manner. There are many factors that determine when your delivery will arrive. It’s generally best practice to schedule your delivery on the day you check in. If you have any questions about your delivery, please give us a call at (850) 374-7533.

We always recommend booking your bike rentals ahead of time when planning your trip. During the Spring and Summer season, it’s not uncommon for us to be completely booked!

Because Fun Pug is a mobile business, the shortest rental we offer is one full day. This typically entails Fun Pug dropping off your rental bike in the morning and picking it up the following morning.

You do not need to be present for pickup or delivery. Even if you only plan on riding for a few hours, your rental bike will include a complimentary bike lock and can be safely secured until pickup.

A Beach Cruiser is a style of bike designed for casual cruising. Beach Cruisers are most commonly single-speed bikes with a coaster (pedal backwards) brake. The defining characteristic of a Beach Cruiser is comfort – they feature wide handlebars, large saddles, and fat tires.  

Beach Cruisers are the most popular choice for bike rentals in our area. They’re simple, economical, and perfect for biking the Timpoochee Trail. However, the name can lead to some confusion – Beach Cruisers are not designed to ride on sand, especially not the fine, soft sand that you’ll find on the beaches of Okaloosa and Walton County. We would not recommend wasting any time on vacation attempting to ride your Beach Cruiser on the actual beach. 

Bike riding is only permitted on designated paths in Walton & Okaloosa County. We recommend riding on the paved bike path – it’s much easier and you can still enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. 

In most cases, we’re happy to accommodate order extensions. In rare cases, some of your rental items may have already been booked by other guests.

If your order is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date, you will receive a full refund. 

If your order is cancelled within 48 hours of you scheduled delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund.

Fun Pug does not offer refunds for rental items returned early.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather and our standard order cancellation policy applies regardless of weather conditions.

Orders cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Fun Pug does not offer refunds for rental items that are returned early.

Yes, all Fun Pug rental bikes include a complimentary combination lock. Please use it!

All adult Fun Pug rental bikes include a complimentary basket.

Complimentary helmets are provided for all riders under 16. Helmets are available to rent for riders 16 & over.

Customers are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged rental items. If your rental item is lost or stolen, you will be charged the full amount for a replacement. If your rental bike is damaged beyond normal wear & tear, you will be charged for any replacement parts or components necessary for repair. 

It’s worth noting that Fun Pug has never had a rental bike stolen that was locked up with the included bike lock. These days, even a single-speed Beach Cruiser can cost an upwards of $600 to replace – so please, lock your rental bike up when it’s unattended!
