Fun Pug offers one of the largest selections of rental bikes in the area and the highest quality rental equipment on the Emerald Coast. Our rates are very competitive and delivery and pick up is FREE for most orders (*some exceptions do apply). Our rental gear and equipment is stored inside, in a climate controlled environment and is kept in excellent condition. No worries about getting stuck with a rust machine on your vacation. All rental items are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and carefully inspected prior to delivery. Rental items are hand-delivered personally by Casey, owner of Fun Pug. He spends as much time as is needed with each customer to ensure they are properly fitted for their rental gear and that they are completely comfortable with all the equipment. Fun, friendly, and professional customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. FREE roadside assistance during business hours (Mon – Sun 8:00 am to 7:00 pm).
We don’t currently have a store. This is good news for you! As a full-service delivery company, we can pass that extra savings on to you.

We service all of Destin, Miramar Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach. We can, however, deliver outside these areas for a small additional delivery fee.
Delivery: You have one of two options: you can either schedule your rental gear to be delivered in-person at a specified time or you can schedule your rental gear to be dropped off by a specified time. The latter option is good if you would like your rental items to be delivered by the time you arrive at your vacation rental, but aren’t sure when you will arrive. We can normally deliver your rental items within an hour of placing an order. Payment for deliveries in-person will be taken at delivery. Payment for drop-off deliveries will be charged to the credit card you provide when placing the order. You can complete our rental agreement and waiver in-person or remotely in advance.
Pick up: Pick up is always between 7:00 – 12:00 pm in the morning. You do not have to be present for pick up. You just need to have all of your rental items locked up outside of your vacation rental (or bike rack at the condo) by 7:00 am the morning after your last rental day.
Delivery is FREE for most orders. Orders that total less than $100 are subject to a $15 delivery fee. If your order total is $95, for example, a delivery fee of $5 would be applied to bring your order total up to the $100 minimum.Orders delivered to a location outside of our normal service area: Destin, Miramar Beach, and Santa Rosa Beach are subject to an additional delivery fee.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.
There is no penalty if you cancel your order prior to 48 hours of your scheduled delivery. If, however, the order is canceled within 48 hours of the delivery, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the order total. We do not provide a refund for rental items that are returned early.
We, unfortunately, cannot control the weather and our standard refund policy applies to all rental items and/or services. Orders cancelled more than 48 hours prior to delivery will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours of delivery you will be refunded 50% of the order total. If you cancel on the day of we can only offer a rental credit or we would be glad to make exchanges for a scheduled delivery of comparable value (valid for up to one year after the original scheduled delivery date). In addition, we do not provide refunds for items that are returned early.

Yes! We provide complementary baskets and bike locks with all bike rentals.
We provide a complimentary bike helmet for all riders under the age of 16 years. We also provide a complimentary bike helmet with each electric bike rental, since we ask that all riders wear a helmet when riding our electric bikes. We will gladly provide additional child and/or adult helmets for a small additional rental fee.
Our bikes are not equipped to ride at night. For customers who would like the option of safely and lawfully riding their bikes at night, we can provide front and rear bike lights for a small additional rental fee.
If you have a special request for an item, please call us. We will try our best to get you that item. If for any reason we are unable to get the item we will refer you to someone who can. If there is anything you would like to see us carry in the future, just let us know.
You are responsible for all lost or stolen property, so we ask that you please lock all of your bikes and other equipment at all times when they are not in use.
You are responsible for all lost, stolen, or damaged rental items. If a rental item is lost or stolen you will be charged the amount it costs for us to replace the item. If a rental item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear you will be charged the amount it costs for us to replace the part(s) and/or component(s) needed to repair the damages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to rent bikes. Anyone under the age of 18 years must receive signed consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian will complete and sign both a rental agreement and liability waiver on behalf of all participating minors. According to Florida State Law there is a 16 year age minimum for electric bike use in the state of Florida. We do have to check IDs.
